Glazed Meatballs And Apples - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 slightly beaten egg
1/4 c. milk
1/4 c. dry bread crumbs
1/2 tsp. salt
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. water
1/4 c. ketchup
2 Tbsp. brown sugar
2 apples, cored and chunked
1 Tbsp. soy sauce
1 tsp. cornstarch
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
Preparation

Combine egg with milk; stir in bread crumbs and salt.
Add ground beef and mix well.
Shape into 1-inch balls; place in shallow pan.
Bake at 450\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
Mix water, ketchup and brown sugar in saucepan.
Bring to a boil.
Add apples.
Reduce heat and simmer, covered, for 5 minutes.
Stir together soy sauce, cornstarch and mustard.
Stir into apple mixture and cook 2 minutes.
Using a slotted spoon, transfer meatballs to saucepan. Heat through and serve warm.
