Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. sugar
3 c. plain flour
1 1/2 c. vegetable oil
3 c. apples, sliced thin
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 c. nuts
1 1/8 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs, beaten

Preparation

Combine sugar, oil, eggs, salt, soda and lemon juice.
Beat well.
Mix vanilla, flour, apples and nuts.
Bake in 11 x 13-inch pan at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
