Buttermilk Coconut Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 large eggs, lightly beaten
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. Baker's coconut
    1/2 c. buttermilk
    1/2 c. butter, melted
    2 Tbsp. plain flour
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 unbaked 9-inch deep pie shell
Preparation
    Combine the first 7 ingredients.
    Pour into uncooked pie shell.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Put aluminum foil around crust after 25 minutes cooking time.
