Beef Stroganoff - Mom'S - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. beef round steak, cut into strips
    1/4 c. flour
    1/4 c. butter
    dash of pepper
    1 (4 oz.) sliced mushrooms, drained
    1/2 c. chopped onions
    1 small clove garlic, minced
    1 can Campbell's beef broth
    1 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Cut sliced round steak into thin strips; dust with flour and dash of pepper.
    In a large skillet, brown the meat in butter; add mushrooms, onions and garlic and brown lightly.
    Stir in beef broth and cover; cook until meat is tender, stirring now and then. Gradually stir in sour cream, cook over low heat for 5 minutes. Serve over cooked noodles.
