Apple Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. unpeeled apples
    3/4 c. grapes
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1 Tbsp. chopped pecans
    1 Tbsp. unsweetened apple juice
    1 Tbsp. plain nonfat yogurt
    1 Tbsp. low-fat margarine
Preparation
    Gently mix fruit, celery and pecans.
    Mix apple juice, yogurt and margarine until smooth.
    Pour over apple mixture.
    Serve on lettuce-lined plates.
