Bread Pudding - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 eggs
2 c. milk
1/3 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. salt
2 1/2 c. dry bread crumbs
1/3 c. raisins
Preparation

Beat together eggs,
milk, sugar, cinnamon, vanilla and salt. Place bread crumbs\tin

round baking dish. Sprinkle raisins over bread.
Pour
egg mixture over all. Bake in 325\u00b0 oven for 40 to
45 minutes, until knife inserted comes out clean.
