Ingredients

1/3 c. sugar
1/4 c. vinegar
2 tsp. cornstarch
1/4 c. beet juice
1 can sliced beets
1 Tbsp. butter
Preparation

Mix vinegar and cornstarch.
Pour into pan with sugar.
Cook until thickens.
Add beet juice.
Cook slowly until thick.
Add beets.
Add butter.
Cook slowly 15 minutes.
