Breakfast In A Cup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. cooked rice
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 (4 oz.) can green chiles
    1 (2 oz.) can diced pimentos, drained
    1/3 c. skim milk
    2 eggs, beaten
    1/2 tsp. ground cumin
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. ground black pepper
    vegetable cooking spray
Preparation
    Combine rice, 1/2 cup cheese, chiles, pimentos, milk, eggs, salt, pepper and spices.
    Spray muffin pan and fill 12 cups with mixture.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 minutes or until set.
