Sweet Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. sweet potatoes (fresh, cooked or canned)
    1 c. sugar (1/2 brown and 1/2 white)
    2 eggs
    1/2 stick margarine
    1/3 c. milk
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Mash potatoes; mix with other ingredients and beat well.
    Pour into 9 x 13-inch greased casserole.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes. Remove from oven and add topping.
