Hamburger Cabbage Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb lean ground beef
    1 lg chopped onion
    1 can tomato soup
    1 can diced tomatoes
    1/2 c instant rice
    1/4 - 1/2 c water
    1 - 16 oz bag of shredded coleslaw
Preparation
    Brown beef and onions, drain.
    Add all remaining ingredients, except coleslaw.
    Stir and blend together.
    Place coleslaw in bottom of a 2 qt casserole dish.
    Spoon mixture over slaw.
    Cover and bake at 400 degrees for 45 minutes.
