Pie'S Fruitcake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 lb. butter
2 c. sugar
1/2 lb. candied cherries
3 lb. raisins
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 lb. dates
10 eggs
4 c. self-rising flour
3 lb. shelled pecan halves
1/2 lb. candied pineapple
Preparation
-
Cream butter; add sugar and eggs.
Add flour, spices and salt; mix well.
Add fruit and nuts.
Stir.
Put mix in pan.
