Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 medium size potatoes
    1 c. sour cream
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1/2 c. butter
    salt (optional)
Preparation
    Cook potatoes; peel and dice.
    Add sour cream and shredded Cheddar cheese.
    Spoon into a 2-quart casserole.
    Pour 1/2 cup melted butter on the top.
    Bake in a 400\u00b0 oven for about 25 minutes or until lightly browned on top.
