Snicker Bars - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 oz. Weight Watchers vanilla ice milk
    1 c. Cool Whip
    1 pkg. lo-cal instant chocolate pudding
    1/4 c. crunchy peanut butter
    3/4 c. Grape Nuts
Preparation
    In large bowl, put ice milk.
    Start mixer and add next 3 ingredients in order given; blend after each.
    Add Grape Nuts.
    Put in 8 x 8-inch pan.
    Freeze (it helps to spray pan with nonstick spray).
    Cut into 8 bars.
    Each one is 1/2 fruit, 1/4 milk, 1/2 protein, 1/2 fat, 1/2 bread, 40 optional calories.
