Salmon Patties - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large can salmon
    2 eggs
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    Mazola oil
    1/4 c. buttermilk
    small amount of flour
    corn flakes, crushed
Preparation
    Drain the can of salmon well.
    Add eggs (beaten lightly), onion, milk and enough flour to give the right consistency to shape into balls.
    Roll in corn flakes and fry in Mazola oil. Drain on paper towels and serve while hot.
