Salmon Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can red salmon
    1 small green pepper, chopped fine
    bread crumbs (to make hold shape)
    1 medium onion, chopped fine
    1 egg
Preparation
    Remove bones and skin from salmon.
    Flake well.
    Add green pepper, onion and egg; mix well.
    Add bread crumbs.
    Form into loaf.
    Bake in greased loaf pan in preheated oven at 325\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Serves 4 to 6.
