Pot Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. water
    3 Tbsp. butter
    4 lb. beef roast
    1 envelope Knorr vegetable soup mix
    3 Tbsp. flour
    12 small onions, cut in half
    1 box frozen baby carrots
    8 peeled potatoes, cut into bite-size pieces
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Cover roast with flour mixture.
    In large skillet, add 3 tablespoons butter.
    Brown roast on all sides.
    Remove roast and place in large roasting pan.
    Arrange onions, potatoes and carrots around roast.
    Sprinkle on soup mix over roast and vegetables.
    Add water.
    Cook for 2 hours, covered.
    Add water if needed.
    Cook for 25 minutes or longer, uncovered, until veggies and roast are brown and tender.
