Up-To-Date Macaroni And Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. bow tie pasta
    3 Tbsp. butter, divided
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. chicken broth
    3/4 c. milk
    3/4 c. grated sharp Cheddar
    1/3 to 1/2 c. grated Parmesan
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. paprika
    2 c. broccoli florets
    1 c. red bell pepper, cubed
    1 c. sliced mushrooms
    3/4 c. sliced green onions
    pinch of black pepper
Preparation
    Cook pasta.
    Melt 2 tablespoons butter in large pot; add flour and stir.
    Stir in broth and milk.
    Cover and cook over medium heat until it thickens and boils.
    Reduce to low. Stir in cheeses and seasonings.
    Stir until melted.
    In large skillet, melt 1 tablespoon butter.
    Stir-fry vegies until desired doneness.
    Mix pasta, vegies and cheese sauce.
    Top with Parmesan.
