Sour Cream Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 3/4 c. sugar
    1 c. butter
    6 eggs
    3 c. sifted flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. baking soda
    1 c. sour cream
    1/2 tsp. lemon extract
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 tsp. orange extract (optional)
Preparation
    Cream the sugar and butter until fluffy.
    Add eggs, one at a time, beating well each time.
    Sift together the flour, salt and soda.
    Add to creamed mixture alternately with sour cream.
    Add the flavorings.
    Pour into greased and floured 10-inch tube pan. Bake for 1 1/2 hours at 350\u00b0 until cake tests done.
    Cool 15 minutes.
    Remove from pan and sprinkle with powdered sugar. Serves 10 to 12.
