Lemon Butter - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    grated rind of 1 lemon
    juice of 1 lemon
    pinch of salt
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 egg, beaten
    lump of butter
Preparation
    Put first four ingredients in double boiler.
    Stir, add egg, put on medium heat, stir constantly and cook until smooth.
    Take off heat and add butter.
    Stir.
    Chill.
    Pour in small jelly glass.
