Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 chicken, cut up
    2 c. water
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 can mushroom soup
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    2 c. Minute rice
Preparation
    Place soup, water, onion and rice in baking dish.
    Stir together.
    Lay chicken in, skin side up.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 1 hour.
