Ingredients

1 c. butter
1 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. milk
1 tsp. rum or vanilla extract
2 1/2 c. flour
3/4 c. finely chopped red and green candied cherries
1 c. coarsely chopped pecans
Preparation

Cream together butter and sugar, extract and milk.
Stir in flour and fruits.
Refrigerate for a few hours.
Drop from spoon on ungreased cookie sheets.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 12 minutes.
