Cranberry Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sifted flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. soda
1 egg, beaten
3/4 c. orange juice
1 c. cranberries, cut in halves
1/2 c. nutmeats, chopped
2 Tbsp. melted butter
Preparation
-
Sift dry ingredients together.
Add to melted butter and egg and beat well, then add orange juice and beat again.
Fold in cranberries and nuts.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour and 10 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
