Chicken Gumbo - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 chickens
    salt and pepper
    1 large chopped onion
    2 to 3 ribs celery
    1 large bell pepper
    3 cloves garlic
    1 (5 oz.) can tomato paste
    2 (No. 2) cans tomatoes
    2 tsp. Accent
    1 tsp. dry parsley
    1 tsp. oregano
    1 tsp. thyme
    2 Tbsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. black pepper
    1 tsp. red pepper
    1 bunch green onions, chopped
Preparation
    Boil chickens with salt and pepper.
    Take off bone.
    Save 2 quarts stock.
