Famous Meat Loaf(Serving 100) - cooking recipe

Ingredients

13 lb. ground beef
3 pkg. dry onion soup mix
8 eggs
3 Tbsp. salt
1 Tbsp. pepper
2 1/2 c. bread crumbs
2 c. water or milk

Preparation

Mix thoroughly and make into firm loaves.
Bake at 350\u00b0 in convection oven until done, about 1 hour.
To test, stick a fork in the middle.
If no red juice comes out on fork, it is done.
