Cheese Cake Chilled - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand sweetened milk
    1 1/2 Tbsp. lemon juice (to tart)
    1 graham cracker crust
    1 container whipped topping (optional)
Preparation
    Combine ingredients into large bowl with electric mixer and mix on medium speed 2 to 3 minutes.
    Pour into graham cracker crust.
    Chill about 2 hours and add whipped cream on top.
