Marinated Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. fresh mushrooms, cleaned
    3 Tbsp. wine vinegar
    2 Tbsp. chives
    1/8 tsp. garlic powder
    1/2 c. oil
    2 Tbsp. green onion, chopped
    1/8 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Boil mushrooms in mixture for 2 minutes.
    Cover and let cool. Refrigerate overnight.
