Lumberjack Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. sausage (1-inch pieces)
    2 to 3 carrots, chopped
    2 potatoes (large), cubed
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 c. water
    1 diced onion
    1 stalk diced celery
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in large pot and bring to a boil, then let simmer for 2 to 3 hours.
    Tastes great over rice.
