Vitella Con Peperoni(Veal With Peppers) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. veal
    olive oil
    2 large onions
    6 large red peppers
    1 (No. 2) can tomatoes
Preparation
    Cut veal in 1-inch cubes.
    Cut peppers in 1/2-inch slices. Fry onions and peppers with olive oil for 15 minutes or until tender.
    Cook veal in separate pan with olive oil for 10 minutes. Add tomatoes and cook for 20 minutes.
    Add peppers and onions to veal and simmer for 15 minutes over low heat.
    Serve hot.
    Serves 6 to 8.
