Swedish Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. fine dry bread crumbs
    1 egg
    2/3 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. grated onion
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/8 tsp. nutmeg
    1/2 c. hot water
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
Preparation
    Mix
    beef, bread crumbs, egg, milk, onion, salt, pepper and nutmeg.
    Shape into balls and let stand 30 minutes.
    Brown in hot oil.
    Add
    water
    and simmer 20 minutes.
    Add soup and cook 10 minutes.
    Yields 6 servings.
