Blueberry Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2/3 c. shortening
1 c. sugar
3 eggs
3 c. flour
3 tsp. baking powder (heaping)
1 tsp. salt
1 c. milk
1 can blueberries, drained, or fresh blueberries
Preparation

Cream shortening and sugar until fluffy.
Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each.
Sift together the flour, baking powder and salt.
Add dry ingredients alternately with milk.
When blended, add blueberries.
Bake in greased muffin tins at 375\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
Will keep in refrigerator 2 to 3 weeks.
(I also use chopped canned peaches.)
