Sweet Potato Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 c. mashed sweet potatoes
1/2 stick margarine, melted
2 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla flavoring
1 tsp. Allspice, if desired

Preparation

Mix potatoes, sugar, beaten eggs and melted margarine. Add vanilla. Mix well and pour into two unbaked pie crust. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes or until toothpick inserted in middle comes out clean.
