Barbecued Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    2 large chopped onions
    1 large chopped bell pepper
    3 eggs
    1 can Carnation evaporated milk
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 box Stove Top stuffing (beef flavored)
    1 bottle Heinz barbecue sauce
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Blend soup with barbecue sauce and set aside.
    Mix remaining ingredients together.
    Mixture should be very moist to ensure moistness of meatballs.
    Shape meatballs and quick fry until browned on all sides.
    Place in baking dish and bake for thirty-five minutes.
    Drain excess fat and then pour soup and barbecue sauce mixture over meatballs.
    Bake for an additional fifteen minutes or until bubbly.
