Stuffed Potatoes With Ham - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large baking potatoes
    oil
    Worcestershire sauce
    2/3 to 1 c. sour cream
    4 oz. cooked ham, finely diced
    1/4 c. finely chopped green onions
    salt and pepper
    1 1/4 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Clean and dry potatoes.
    Rub skins lightly with oil and Worcestershire sauce.
    Bake until tender (about 1 hour at 400\u00b0). Remove potatoes, let cool slightly, then slit open and scoop out potato.
    Mash potatoes, then mix in sour cream, ham, onions, salt and pepper.
    Stuff potato skins with potato mix.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes, covered.
    Remove cover and sprinkle with cheese; return to oven until cheese melts.
