Pecan Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 c. corn syrup
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/4 c. butter, melted
    1 c. sugar
    plain pastry
    1 c. pecans
Preparation
    Beat eggs.
    Add sugar, syrup, salt, vanilla and butter or fat. Line pie pan with plain pastry or use a premade pie pastry.
    Put in pecans in a layer.
    Add egg mixture.
    Bake in moderate oven (350\u00b0) for 50 to 60 minutes.
    The nuts will rise to the top of the pie to form a crusted layer.
