Quick And Easy Chili With A Zip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground pork
1 lb. ground beef
1 large onion, chopped
1/2 c. chopped bell pepper
1 garlic clove, diced
salt and pepper to taste
1 1/2 Tbsp. sugar
2 (16 oz.) cans pinto beans
1 (16 oz.) can kidney beans
1 small can chopped chili peppers (green)
2 (14 oz.) cans diced tomatoes
3 pkg. McCormick chili seasoning mix
Preparation

Brown meat, then drain fat.
Add onion, garlic and bell pepper.
Let wilt.
Add tomatoes, pinto and red beans, chili peppers, seasoning mix, salt, pepper and sugar.
Let simmer on low heat for about 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
Serve with crackers.
