Ingredients

1/4 to 3/8 c. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. Accent
1 tsp. onion powder
chunk of meat, sliced thin
1/4 to 3/8 c. soy sauce
2 1/2 Tbsp. liquid smoke
1 tsp. Season-All salt
1 tsp. garlic powder
Tabasco to taste
Preparation

Marinate meat overnight.
Lay strips across oven rack.
Leave door open about 1 1/2 hours.
Dry at 140\u00b0 to 150\u00b0 for 8 to 10 hours.
When you complete this process you will have Jerky!
