Apple Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 unbaked deep pie shell
6 apples, sliced
6 Tbsp. flour
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. butter or margarine, slightly soft
1 c. flour
Preparation

Place apples in shell.
(Apples need to be stacked high as after cooking, they will settle to the crust.)
Mix flour, sugar and cinnamon together and sprinkle over apples.
Make a crumb mixture of brown sugar, butter and flour.
Pat this over top of apples.
Bake 20 minutes at 400\u00b0 to 425\u00b0.
Turn oven to 350\u00b0 and bake for 30 minutes more.
