4 large chicken breast halves
2 Tbsp. flour
1/4 c. butter or margarine
3/4 c. herbed mustard
1 medium onion, chopped fine
1/2 c. mushrooms, chopped fine
1 c. heavy cream
2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
1 tsp. lemon juice
Preparation

Dust chicken with flour.
In medium skillet, saute in butter until browned.
Transfer to shallow baking dish.
Spread each piece liberally with mustard.
Saute onion and mushrooms until tender. Add parsley, salt and pepper to taste.
Blend in cream and stir just until heated.
Pour over chicken.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
Stir in lemon juice just before serving.
