Stuffed Peppers(From Leftovers) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 large bell peppers, scooped out
    1 (32 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce
    2 c. leftover meat loaf, crumbled
    1 1/2 c. leftover rice
    1/4 c. onion, chopped
    1/4 c. hot pepper, chopped
    3/4 c. Cheddar, shredded
Preparation
    Boil bell peppers 3 minutes; drain.
    In saucepan, combine all ingredients, except cheese.
    Cook until heated thoroughly.
    Stuff peppers with mixture.
    Bake about 12 minutes at 375\u00b0.
    Top with cheese.
    Turn off oven and return peppers until cheese is melted.
