Kraut Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large can sauerkraut, drained and rinsed in water
    1/2 c. vinegar
    1 Tbsp. Thousand Island dressing
    1 c. chopped celery
    1 c. chopped onions
    1 large green pepper, chopped
    1 c. sugar
Preparation
    Heat sugar
    and
    vinegar to boiling in microwave.
    Cool slightly and
    add
    dressing.
    Pour\tover vegetable mixture and let stand overnight.
    Toss several times.
    Keeps well for 3 or 4 days!
