Banana Bars - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    3/4 c. packed brown sugar
    1/2 c. margarine, softened
    1 c. thinly sliced bananas
    3/4 c. coconut
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1/2 tsp. mace (optional)
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1 egg
Preparation
    Combine first 4 ingredients.
    Mix at low speed until crumbly. Press 1 1/2 cups crumbs into ungreased 13 x 9-inch pan. Reserve 1/2 cup crumb mixture for topping.
    To remaining crumb mixture, add remaining ingredients.
    Beat 1 minute until well blended. Spread over crumb crust.
    Sprinkle with reserved crumbs. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
    Cool and cut into bars.
    Makes 3 to 4 dozen bars.
