Seafoam Candy - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar
1/2 c. white syrup
1/2 c. water
2 egg whites
1 c. chopped pecans
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
-
Mix sugar, water and syrup.
Cook until it forms hard ball in cold water.
Pour over beaten egg whites.
Beat until stiff and add pecans and vanilla.
Drop by spoonful on waxed paper.
