Perfect Pie Crust(10-Inch) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 2/3 c. Gold Medal flour
1 tsp. salt
1 c. Crisco shortening
7 to 8 Tbsp. water (add last)
Preparation

Combine mixture by cutting shortening (one knife in each hand, going horizontally) until very thin lumps form.
Add water, then roll out with a rolling pin on floured surface.
Add whatever filling you wish and bake as you would.
