Fudge Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter
    2 1/4 c. powdered sugar
    2/3 c. evaporated milk
    6 single squares unsweetened chocolate
Preparation
    Mix all the ingredients.
    Allow mixture to melt in a pan over hot water for 30 minutes. Do not stir.
    Remove from heat and beat with a mixer. Store in the refrigerator.
    Thin with cream as needed.
