Mexican Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. Mexican corn meal mix
    1 can diced Rotel
    1 can creamed corn
    1 can whole kernel corn
    2 cups shredded cheese
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
    3 eggs
    1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1 cup corn meal mix
    1 cup milk
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients above together.
    Get out your cast iron skillet and spray real well with Pam spray.
    Turn the oven on or preheat at 400\u00b0.
    Pour your ingredients into the cast iron skillet and cook for about 1 hour.
    Let set for 30 minutes.
    Flip onto a regular plate.
