Peanut Butter Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. peanut butter
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 (8 oz.) carton Cool Whip
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. lemon juice
1 graham cracker pie shell
hot fudge
chocolate and peanuts for garnish
Preparation

Allow peanut butter and cream cheese to soften to room temperature.
In a mixing bowl, cream peanut butter, cream cheese and sugar.
Fold in Cool Whip, vanilla and lemon juice.
Mix thoroughly.
Pour into pie shell.
Refrigerate until firm.
When ready to serve, drizzle with hot fudge sauce.
Sprinkle with peanuts or chocolate chips.
Makes 8 servings.
