Chicken And Spaghetti - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large hen
    1 (12 oz.) pkg. spaghetti
    2 cans tomato juice
    2 c. diced celery
    2 large onions
    1 green pepper
    1 can American cheese
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Cook hen in water and salt.
    Cool, cut meat off bones and dice.
    Cook spaghett in broth.
    Cook celery, onion and pepper in broth and add to drained spaghetti with tomato juice and diced chicken.
    Simmer for a few minutes.
    Pour in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish and sprinkle with cheese.
    Bake about 15 minutes at 350\u00b0. Serves 12.
