Broccoli Corn Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen, chopped broccoli, thawed
    1 (16 oz.) can cream-style corn
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    3 Tbsp. margarine, melted (divided use)
    1 egg, well beaten
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. crushed saltine crackers (divided use)
Preparation
    Completely thaw and drain broccoli.
    Mix broccoli with corn, onion, 2 tablespoons margarine, egg, salt, pepper and 1/4 cup cracker crumbs.
    Pour into casserole.
    Mix 1/4 cup crumbs and 1 tablespoon margarine.
    Sprinkle over top of casserole.
    Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Makes 6 servings.
