7-Up Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. sugar
    3 c. flour
    3 sticks butter
    1 1/2 Tbsp. lemon extract
    3/4 c. 7-Up
    5 eggs
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Grease and flour Bundt pan.
    Sift flour twice if regular flour.
    Sift flour once if cake flour.
    Cream butter.
    Add sugar and cream together until smooth.
    Add eggs. Mix until smooth batter.
    Add flour slowly until mixed well.
    Add 7-Up and lemon extract; mix well.
    Beat cake 3 1/2 minutes.
    Pour batter in Bundt pan.
    Bake 1 hour or until brown and when cake leaves sides of pan.
