Ingredients

1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 c. undiluted evaporated milk
1/2 c. lime juice
1 prepared (8-inch) cookie crumb crust
Preparation

In a small mixer bowl, beat cream
cheese until smooth. Gradually add sweetened
condensed
milk and evaporated milk. Beat until smooth with
mixer
at medium speed, add lime juice and beat for 1 minute.
Pour
into
pie
crust.
Freeze for at least 2 hours.
Let stand
at
room
temperature 10 to 15 minutes. Garnish with lime
slices,
sliced
thin
and
in half. Slightly twist and garnish
or
also
include cherries or mint sprigs before serving.
